Safeguarding
At The Winterton Federation all our staff have a duty of care for our children and are committed to keeping them safe at all times. We follow statutory guidance to address any concerns which are dealt with and recorded promptly to ensure full support for our children and families.
Our experienced Winterton Federation Pastoral Team are well equipped to deal with all safeguarding concerns and day to day ‘Pastoral’ needs for both our children and their families.

The Federation offers a variety of services to support families and can offer information on external services, including:
- Early Help support
- Access to the School Nursing Team
- Access to Behaviour Support Services
- Mental Health Support for children
- Individual and group support for vulnerable children.
